A man claimed he quit his $100,000 per year job to work for Logan Paul – but got knocked back when he confronted the YouTube star backstage at the Jake Paul vs Tyron Woodley fight this weekend. You can see his tearful reaction to that career setback.
Austin Wallace is a 22-year-old from Ohio who says he decided to jack it all in and quit his job to work in the world of Logan Paul.
He decided that the best way to go about that was to cut all ties and head on down to Cleveland – where the fight was being held – and scam his way backstage to simply ask the older Paul brother for work. It didn’t quite go as planned.
In a video shared to TikTok – @aj_wallace69 – Wallace tearfully admitted: “I’m 22, I do make $100,000 a year and that’s cool. I wanna act, I wanna do these things, I’m gonna break down right now.”
He then added: “I don’t know what to do. I did come up here by myself, I do have family but we’re not the closest, and I don’t have really close friends. You know there’s millions of people trying to do what I wanna do. Just watch the clip.”
Then he shared the encounter between himself and Paul. After he explained his situation to the YouTuber-turned-boxer, he didn’t get a job… but he did get some advice.
“What are you good at?” Paul asked him.Wallace rambled a little about TikTok dances and basically admitted that he doesn’t have what it takes, after which Paul asked: “Then why would I give you a job?”
