This past Tuesday in Maryland, a man with his face painted to look like a black man robbed a bank.
The bank that was robbed was PNC bank in Perryville, Maryland, a town about 40 miles northeast of Baltimore.
“We are seeking the public’s help in identifying the below pictured subject,” – Perryville police
